56/24. To consider a request to submit evidence for the application to upgrade the Restricted Byways KCD13 & KBY3 to Byways Open to All Traffic (BOAT). The evidence should relate to:

1. a. The length of time/period you have known the route
2. b. Your knowledge of its status, ie. any historic information, where it goes, and whether use has been by walkers, cyclists, horse-rider, horse & carriage, motor traffic etc.
